As the Owner of Up Your Hair , Caitlin strives for the best team and atmosphere. Daughter of Joseph, since a young girl she had always dreamed of opening a salon with her family. Growing up in Orlando, she attended Apopka Hair Design Institute, and has been living in The Keys for the past 3 years. Joseph and Caitlin opened Up Your Hair Salon March 2014.

Joseph grew up in Key Largo and graduated Coral Shores class of ’82. His mother owned Reflections Salon in Key Largo for three generations through the 70’s to 90’s. While living in Central Florida he opened F/X Hair Salon and Photography Studio, worked as a Revlon Educator and Platform Artist for 10 years, and after a brief stint in Manhattan he is back and blowing this town away! Joseph, father of Caitlin, provided the knowledge and foundation of Up Your Hair Salon, bringing both their visions to life.

Chris has been doing hair for some time. Specializing in color, cuts, and waxing, let Chris make you over. Chris is also a musician working gigs throughout The Upper Keys!

Brooke Helms joined the team in November. Helms has over 8 years of experience in the beauty industry, working with Schwarzkopf in North Carolina as a certified color educator. Her love of hair has lead to opportunities in the fashion industry as a platform artist, creating some spectacular looks for magazines and backstage at wedding conventions. She is a stylist who truly ‘gets it’, which means she’ll listen to what you want, offer advice, and then make you look fantastic. We just know she will wow you!

Meet Roma - Practicing massage for over eight years, she specializes in it all. From hot shells to body contouring, deep tissue and even lymphatic draining, all in Key Largo!
